The Dragon, The Golem and You is a story-driven game set in a mythological world torn asunder by a war between Gods.
DGY is a sidescroller with a twist, you can alternatively control the 2 main characters while YOU have the power to clear the path for them.
Switching characters and using your own ability at the right time will be the key of this adventure.
The Story
The player is enlisted by Acta, a Goddess in a raging war to defeat her archenemy, another Goddess who has conquered Hell and uses her powers to decimate all living creatures.
Acta summons 2 creatures to complete her team of heroes : a dragon and a golem.
Their odyssey will lead them through to the center of Hell where defeat the evil Goddess and her minions.
About us
Back in 2018, our first game was supposed to be a VR game. However, when we came upon this story, these characters and the specific gameplay that it entails, we quickly realized that The Dragon, The Golem and You had to be made for more classic gaming platforms.
This game became our main project during the last 2 years and has become this adventure that we cannot wait to show our fellow gamers.

Gameplay
Each level gives to the player the opportunity to interact with the dragon and the golem in a new way. The dragon alternatively runs and jumps in some levels and knocks down enemies in others. The Golem can push forward through lava or use his hands as shields or to break rocks.
Every level brings a new combination of gameplay which requires the player to figure what the heroes can do in order to stand a chance to finish the level.
